Course Description:

Much of our time is spent at work where our effectiveness depends on our ability to communicate and cooperate. Learn how to enhance the quality of your work experience, get things done more quickly, build alliances, and transform adversaries into allies.

Once we learn to recognize the motivations that drive actions, we can build strategies that serve those motivations without conflict. When people realize we understand and respect their motivations, they are likely to respect and support what motivates us. This mutual respect enables us to participate in a common purpose which enhances our ability to work together effectively and achieve more.
