Hi,

We feel excited to offer an intermediate class in Compassionate Communication. If you have been introduced to Compassionate Communication and want to deepen your skills and consciousness we invite you to join us as we practice getting needs met for learning, connection, and fun.
The class will focus on:

Dance Floors.
Empathy and self-empathy.
Listening to our true essence.
Beauty and the living energy of needs.
Persona and vulnerability.
The art of awareness and where we place attention.
Requests: authentically and compassionately saying "no".
Each class will include physical movement (kinesthetic) activities and there will be time for in-depth role playing of real-life situations.
