Hi,

Ken, David and I feel excited to offer an intermediate class in Compassionate Communication. If you have been introduced to Compassionate Communication and want to deepen your skills and consciousness we invite you to join us as we practice getting needs met for learning, connection, and fun.
The class will focus on:

Requests saying no and hearing the yes behind the no.
Empathy and self-empathy.
Transforming core jackal using dance floors.
Mourning and reconciliation.
Tuning into what's alive in every situation.
Gratitude.
Each class will include physical movement (kinesthetic) activities and there will be time for in-depth role playing of real-life situations.
